Our team’s mission is to translate your desires and inspirations into a coherent architectural design and to offer you living spaces with design and decoration that suits you. Our interior architects, designers and network of renowned architects will carry out the creation of your construction or renovation project. At the head of the design department, Vanessa Shazad and Farnoosh Goudarzi, qualified in architecture and town planning from Politecnico di Milano, manage and coordinate the work.
Whatever the project – whether it be new constructions, extensions, elevations or renovations we can design your ideas. An initial meeting will enable us to discuss what you have in mind as well as your budget expectations.
Our services
conception PROJECT DESIGN
First of all, we gather together your needs and expectations, and ensure that they are feasible in terms of technical and budgetary constraints, as well as town planning regulations. We design each project to suit you and your requirements.
Our designers and interior architects produce 2D and 3D plans to enable you to easily imagine and explore the various possibilities and associated budget estimates. We carry out all the administrative procedures before the start of construction and consult all the necessary parties (DPLG architect, surveyor, geotechnician, B.E.T., etc.). Once your project is defined, we draw up a precise quantitative description of the work, which will be included in the consultation file for construction companies to review. We then compare and analyse their offers.
THE BUILDING SITE FROM PROJECT TO REALITY
Once the suppliers and subcontractors have been selected, we draw up a work schedule. As project manager, we ensure the technical and architectural supervision of the site. We organise site meetings and write reports for the client and the companies involved. We also have the skills and know-how to manage and coordinate the site, across the various trades.
Our site culture, inherited from Shazad Construction, is a real asset for the efficient management of stakeholders, deadlines and costs, without any unpleasant surprises.
THE HAND-OVER THE CULMINATION OF YOUR PROJECT
We assist you with the hand-over of the completed work, which marks the end of the construction phase. This formality is essential since it is the starting point for the three legal guarantees: guarantee of perfect completion, guarantee of good working order and ten-year guarantee. As project manager, we do our utmost to ensure that your project is delivered with no items remaining on the snag list.
