Renovation of a 300m² villa

We carried out extensive structural modifications for the renovation of a villa in the hills of Cannes for a private client. We put up 35 linear metres of retaining walls to create a parking area and a plateau at the same level as the indoor swimming pool that we built. We carried out numerous underpinning operations (installation of metal beams of the IPN, IPE, HEA type, etc.), one of which was particularly difficult in order to enlarge the living areas as much as possible. An extension was also carried out, as well as numerous window extensions, including an underpinning of the roof structure. This villa promises to be spectacular once the work is completed.
