Renovation of a 300m² villa

This house, nestled amongst greenery, is hidden in the heart of the historic centre of Cannes, in rue Meynadier. At the back of a two hundred year old building where Louis XVIII stayed, the 3-storey house with swimming pool was in dire need of renovation.

As general contractor, we carried out and coordinated this major villa renovation in Cannes, including most notably the transformation of the roof and the mezzanine to create a fourth floor, and the evacuation of hundreds of m³ of rubble and earth with particularly difficult access. The house can be controlled entirely by home automation and the finishing touches are up to the highest standards of luxury: Boffi kitchens, gym, solid wood flooring, etc.
