We sign a single contract with the client and commit to coordinating all work, from the exterior (structural work, masonry, waterproofing, framework etc.) to the finishing trades (tiling, parquet flooring, woodwork, painting, etc.), including the technical trades (plumbing, air conditioning, electricity, home automation, etc.).

We coordinate the operations of the different trades and guarantee the technical management of the site right up until completion. We are your single point of contact.

To guarantee the success of your project, we can rely on our design office, Shazad Conception. For high quality design, consistent with our services provided, our agency involves interior architects, project managers and construction economists, and works closely with talented and experienced architects. We carry out all the administrative procedures prior to the start of construction.

THE BUILDING SITE

We can rely on our own employees to carry out the structural work, masonry and tiling. As for the other trades (plumber, electrician, painter, carpenter, etc.), we have access to quality subcontractors, some of whom have been with us since the beginning. Thanks to our network of hand-picked professionals who have remained loyal over the years, we are able to successfully complete high-end construction or renovation projects.

GLOBAL CONSTRUCTOR'S INSURANCE

In the event of damage affecting the construction or renovation of your property, the work of each stakeholder involved is covered by our “Global constructor” ten-year insurance policy. You will not need to find the company responsible – we take full responsibility for the work undertaken. After over 30 years in business, we have never had to use our ten-year insurance policy.
